What does this mean for controllers?
More time for the calls that need a person. Watch the films: the controller is in charge in every one of them. That’s the point.
Who decides what it does?
You do. Nothing happens that you haven’t allowed, and you can change your mind at any time.
Is our data safe?
Nothing we show before the launch uses real customer data, and the demo at the NEC runs on demonstration data. We’ll explain exactly how your data is handled before anyone switches it on.
When can we see it?
The first look is on 12 October. The live demo is at Euro Bus Expo, NEC Birmingham, 3–5 November, on stand 325.
